Digital Pursuit were in attendance at the UK Symfony Meetup, at Doggetts Coat and Badge on April 16th 2014.
Marek Matulka, software engineer from SensioLabs UK, who has been working with PHP since 2000, held a talk for "Applying Domain Driven Design with Symfony2 projects".
When developers learn Symfony2 from documentation, it provides them with easy and convenient ways of getting the job done. Over time their projects grow and this early convenience can become an obstacle. In this session Marek focused on how to make code less dependent on Symfony2 and more domain focused.
